Final practical Examination - Short case
This is an online e logbook to discuss our patients deidentified health data shared after taking her/guardian's signed informed consent.
Here we discuss our individual patient problems through series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those patients clinical problems with collective current best evidence based inputs.

Short case
A 35 yr. old male patient resident of ramachandrapuram who is a daily wage labourer by occupation came to the opd with chief complaint of Painless lesions since three months
Erythematous papules started initially at face
then extended to the upperlimb , lower limb and trunk
No history of discharge or loss of sensation
The patient used topical medication for 2months prescribed by the local doctor
He has a history of blackish discoloration of the skin of hands and feet associated with crusting and peeling of the skin, burning sensation and redness all over the body since 14 days.
He has a history of low grade fever since 4 days associated with chills and rigors.
He also has a loss of appetite
There are no similar complaints in the past
Examination
On the Face loss of eyebrows and ear lobe is thickened.
Oral cavity: There is dark erythematous lesions on the palate.
Trunk: multiple hypopigmented patches with ill-defined borders and with diffuse erythema on the front and back. No loss of sensations.
Limbs: dark pigmentation on the sides of the legs with peeling of skin.
